Once you click on the link provided to you, you will be able to view a breakdown of your services.

On this page, click the 'Sign' button to start the process.


At this point, you will be asked to confirm who is signing and verify you are that person via email.

(Note: if your name is not here, get in touch with your contact at SpecifiedBy Pick the relevant person)


Once you've clicked the 'Verify' button, you should receive an email with a link to complete the verification.

Open the email and click this link, which will bring you back to the document to sign.

(Note: Whilst it should come through right away, it can sometimes take up to 5 mins for the verification email to be sent. Please do also check your spam folder if you have not received the email.)


You should see a message confirming that your identity has been verified - from here, click the 'Sign quote' button.


When the document window loads, you can either press the blue 'Get Started' button, or scroll down the document to find the box with the 'Click to sign' link. 


This will provide you with the option to draw or type or upload a signature (typing is usually the easiest option) and then press the Insert button.

Once this is done, you need to press the blue 'Continue' button.

And finally, press the 'I agree' button to accept the terms of service of HelloSign, who are the e-signature technology providers.

(Note: this is the normal process for all e-signature software systems)

Once completed, you should see the following confirmation message.
