When you log into your account, click on “ Notification Settings” in the left hand side menu :

The Monthly Report is currently sent to the main account holder. If you would like to add a second recipient for this, you can add their email address in the box below :

You can also toggle the Lead Auto Response feature from here, as shown below :

If you switch the Auto Responder to “ on” , then the system will automatically send a standardised opening message to any new leads which are directly contactable through SpecifiedBy ( see below) :

When the Lead Auto Responder is enabled, you will not be notified as soon as a new lead comes in, that is directly contactable.

If you switch the Auto Responder to “ off “ , then it is down to you to reply to each Directly Contactable lead, manually. You can adjust how often you want to be notified about such new Leads, as shown below :

When you receive a reply from a directly contacted Lead, the reply notification is sent to the main account holder on SpecifiedBy. If you would like the reply notification to go to a different recipient, you can enter their email address in the box below:

You can choose if you would like the system to send your main account holder a reminder, about any Directly contactable leads that you don't respond to. To select this, choose Yes or No, as shown below :

 

Adjusting your Quote Request Settings

You can choose to allow users to be able to directly send you Quote Requests on SpecifiedBy. To enable this, choose " Yes" as shown below:

Quote Requests are normally received by the main account holder. If you would like them to be received by a different person, you can enter their email address in the box below :

You can also decide if you would like to collect the Project Locations, for incoming Quote Requests, as shown below:

If you click on " Yes" in the option above, then if you have different area sales representatives across the UK, who handle any incoming quote requests for their respective areas, you can enter their email addresses according to their region, and then any Quote Requests for those regions are directed to them, as shown below :

Any CPD booking requests are normally sent to the main account holder. If you would like to change this recipient, you can do so in the box below:

When you have finished making your changes, you can click on Save Settings, to save these :
